Account Registration & Eligibility

Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ku99 is ৳500. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

All deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• ku99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ku99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on ku99 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement and is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been completed.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses apply only to users who are genuinely playing — bonus arbitrage or exploitative activity is strictly prohibited.
• ku99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

ku99 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers advance through regular play, and weekly cashback increases at higher tiers. VIP benefit details are subject to change at any time.

Prohibited Activities & Fair Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Any attempt at money laundering or processing of illicit funds.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through fraudulent methods, hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting faulty software or game bugs.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to cause them harm.
• Placing bets using a third party's funds.

5.2 Technical Issues

ku99 is not liable for issues caused by technical faults on the part of game operators, internet disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve the situation with full transparency and ask that you contact us through our support channels.

5.3 Right to Void Bets

ku99 reserves the right to void bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or system errors. In such cases, the staked bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

Data Privacy & Security

ku99 may immediately suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. If a resolution is not reached through the support channel, a formal complaints process will be followed at the next stage. ku99's decision in resolving disputes shall be considered final.

9.3 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law and jurisdiction. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation.

Miscellaneous Provisions & Amendments

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the user and ku99. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.

10.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause shall be removed and the remaining Terms shall remain fully in effect.

10.3 Transfer of Terms

Users may not transfer their account or any rights under this agreement to a third party. ku99 may transfer the rights and obligations of this agreement as needed.

10.4 Force Majeure

ku99 is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or government orders.

10.5 Language of Communication

ku99 provides support in both Bengali and English. All formal communications are accepted in either of these two languages.
